Talent Velocity is Randstad’s New Analytics Solution

Talent solutions provider Randstad Sourceright is looking to unify the HR tech landscape with streamlined access to advanced tools.

Their latest offering is Talent Velocity, a cloud-based platform that compiles all solutions under the Randstad Group umbrella, spanning HR functions and talent analytics.

Rebecca Henderson, CEO of Randstad Sourceright, believes HR tech could help break many of the traditional barriers for hiring, growth, and workforce management.

“Talent Velocity takes HR tech to the next level by streamlining the power of today’s top AI, machine learning and predictive technologies into a single, integrated digital platform. This high-tech and high-touch talent acquisition model allows companies around the world to better manage their hiring processes, collect business intelligence and drive overall growth, while greatly improving the candidate experience. We look forward to rolling out this platform to our clients in the weeks ahead.”

Talent Velocity is agile and continually growing – as the market evolves, the solution would also expand in tandem. The platform is backed by Randstad Innovation Fund and the domain experts at their Global Talent Innovation Center.

“In an era of constant technological advancements, businesses must be equipped with the right tools to become more agile, predict hiring needs and drive overall growth,” said Jason Roberts, global head of technology and analytics of Randstad Sourceright’s Talent Innovation Center.

In its present avatar, Talent Velocity includes the following:

  • CRM and recruitment marketing
  • On-demand video interviewing and scheduling
  • AI chatbot for candidate interviews and engagement
  • Gig worker management system
  • Online referrals
  • Automated verification
  • Gamified psychometric assessments
  • Recruiting and networking events
  • Reporting and people analytics

Talent Velocity is based on the company’s proprietary analytics platform called TalentRadar. This inputs raw data, market trends and industry insights to offer insights on talent acquisition and retention.

“Three out of four companies we recently surveyed agreed that HR technology has improved their overall recruitment strategy as labor markets continue to tighten. Still, winning the war on talent will require a multi-pronged approach that combines expertise in statistical analysis, application programming, employer branding, recruiting and business strategy to bring the true potential of HR technology to life,” Roberts added.
